In the 1990s, Mr. Gu Jingxing started his first business of manufacturing and selling margarine and margarine machine, which provided him with the chance of meeting the customer from Hainan province. During his visit in Hainan Island, he realized the low automation level is limiting the local coconut business development, as required by customer, Mr. Gu designed and produced one set of big-scale coconut oil refining equipment, and successfully ran in customer’s factory. From then on, an indissoluble bond has been formed between Mr. Gu and coconut.
Inspired by local coconut processing workers, Mr. Gu innovatively invented the first cone-disc type coconut grinding machine, which has largely improved the working efficiency and effect in coconut processing! This machine becomes the first choice for coconut grinding by many local coconut processing enterprise including ChunGuang Group, the successful launching of this machine has greatly enhanced the domestic development pace of coconut processing industry.
Full-fat DCN drying was a technology gap in China at that time, all the drying machinery producers have no idea which model could reach the best effect for drying full-fat DCN. Based on the feature of full-fat DCN, we kept developing from belt-type drying machine, to double-layer fluidization bed type drying machine, and finally we successfully developed multi-chamber hot wind boiling type drying machine. This drying system has made us the first enterprise successfully completing full-fat DCN drying.
Fresh coconut milk extracting has experienced from hydraulic pressing to single-screw pressing. However, the single screw presser has the defects including low capacity, low yield, and high-temperature which results in chamber blockage… To solve these problems, we researched and developed the first set of high-performance four-screw presser equipped with double pressure enhancing screws. We’ve got patent for this presser and achieved good result when avoiding the defects of single screw presser.
